Pride Fellows
The Pride Fellows Program is an internship and leadership experience designed to connect emerging leaders with real-world opportunities.
Through community-based research, hands-on projects, and meaningful engagement, Pride Fellows gain practical skills while contributing to lasting social impact.
Opportunities may include program development, event coordination, youth leadership support, advocacy initiatives, and organizational capacity-building. Fellows also take part in community-based research, helping to identify local needs, elevate community voices, and inform data-driven strategies that strengthen services and support systems.
This program is built to help students grow as changemakers, developing professional skills, deepening their understanding of LGBTQ+ issues, and becoming active partners in creating a more inclusive and equitable Volusia County.
