2026 Proclamation of Love Fest Vendor Information

Date: May 23, 2026

Location: 2150 Eustace Ave, Deltona, FL 32725

Load-in begins: 9:00 am

All vehicles must be off the street: 11:00 pm

All vendors set up and ready to go: 11:45 pm
Festival Begins: 12:00 pm

Breakdown Begins: 4:00 pm (All vendors must be broken down by 5:00 pm)

ATTN FOOD VENDORS: Food trucks/vendors must comply with all City of Deltona ordinances and are responsible for their permitting. Food trucks/vendors must also submit a COI and Food Permit.

FESTIVAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

The event will go on, rain or shine!

Each Vendor has one 10x10 space unless more than one space was purchased.  NO canopy, tables, chairs, extension cords, or equipment will be provided. You will need to provide all the setup, shelter, and supplies needed for your booth. 

There will be NO electricity available. 

To unload anything for the festival, please follow the instructions emailed to you. Festival staff will be present to direct you to your designated area. There will be limited volunteers available to help you unload. Once you have unloaded everything, please move your car immediately to Parking Area 1 or 2. All vendors must be checked in by Bob Azzarito, who will be at the vendor station, and unloaded by 10 am. No vendors will be allowed to drive through the footprint between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Vendors CANNOT use anything that can permanently damage the venue area.  All vendors should bring weights for any tents as a precaution.

To ensure our event starts on time, we ask all vendors to be set up and ready to go by 11:45 am.

Please be sure to bring adequate change/petty cash.  The area businesses and Deltona Pride will not be able to break large bills or make change throughout the day.

This event is rain or shine. No refunds or transfers will be granted.

Deltona Pride will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to any vendor’s property during the event.

Vendors selling merchandise are responsible for reporting and paying all sales tax to the city/county/state.

FOOD VENDORS: Food trucks/vendors must comply with all City of Deltona ordinances and are responsible for their permitting. Food trucks/vendors will also be required to submit a COI and registration and/or permit number. Pre-packaged food vendors are accepted as regular vendors.

Non-food vendors MAY NOT sell soda, juice, tea, coffee, water, or alcohol.  All alcohol sales can ONLY be done by licensed vendors approved IN ADVANCE by the City of Deltona and Deltona Pride.

There is NO NUDITY of any kind allowed.  This is a family-friendly event, and any vendors not adhering to this requirement will be asked to leave the event by City of Deltona officials or the Volusia Pride Board of Directors. Any material deemed inappropriate by Deltona Pride, City of Deltona, or County of Volusia will not be permitted to be sold or displayed and must be removed immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse vendor space to any vendors that conflict with our mission and values or violate any terms set by our venue or local government.

The layout will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The first vendor to arrive will be stationed closest to the venue.
